Boston Cream Drops

 
Ingredients -
1/2 Cup Salted Butter
1-1/2 Cups White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour, sifted
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Cup Sour Cream
 
Preparation:

1. Cream the butter and sugar to the consistency of mayonnaise.

2. Add the beaten eggs one at a time.

3. Add the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda alternately with the sour cream.

4. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto a cookie sheet and press slightly to flatten.

5. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
