Cookie Making Tips
Greasing Cookie Sheets

Grease cookie sheets prior to dropping cookie dough on them only when recipes recommend doing so. Cookies will often spread too thin over greased cookie sheets.

Cookie Making Tips
Kitchen Temperature

When the temperature in the kitchen is very warm, spoon cookie dough onto baking sheets and chill a few minutes in the refrigerator before baking.
