Brownies and Cream Sandwich Cookies

 
Ingredients -
1 Box Chocolate Brownie Mix, (18.25 ounce)
1 Large Egg
2 Tablespoons Room Temperature Water
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Can Vanilla Frosting
 
Preparation:

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

2. In large bowl, combine the brownie mix, egg, water and oil.

3. Stir until well blended and soft dough forms.

4. Drop a tablespoonful of batter about 2 inches apart onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.

5. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes.

6. Be careful to not over bake.

7. Cool for 1 minute in the pan.

8. Remove to a wire cooling rack.

9. Make sure to cool completely before frosting.

10. Spread frosting on half of the cookies.

11. Top each frosted cookie with another cookie.

12. Gently press together.

Always use large, grade A eggs when baking cookies, unless the recipe calls for a different egg.

Use stick butter or margarine in recipes, and don’t substitute one for the other unless the recipe says its ok to substitute.
