1. Cream the shortening.
2. Gradually add both sugars and cream thoroughly.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract.
4. Sift the flour, salt and baking soda.
5. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, mixing well.
6. Drop by teaspoonsful onto an ungreased cookie sheets.
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until set. |
