1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat the brown sugar, butter, shortening, honey, and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed.
3. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
4. Stir in chocolate chips and brickle chips.
5. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bake 8-11 minutes or until edges are golden brown (these will have soft centers).
7. Cool 3 to 4 minutes.
8. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
