1. Beat the eggs and sugar together, until light and fluffy.
2. Add the oil, lemon juice and coconut flavoring.
3. Blend well.
4. Add flour, baking powder and soda, and salt.
5. Mix until smooth.
6. Fold in raisins and coconut.
7. Remove half the dough, onto a baking sheet.
8. Shape into a loaf, about a half-inch in height and 15 inches long.
9. Add cocoa powder to the remaining dough, and stir through.
10. Fold in chocolate chips.
11. Remove dough and form into a log the same size as the first.
12. Place chocolate loaf on top of white loaf, and press together.
13. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 25 minutes.
14. Cool for 10 minutes and then slice into 3/4 inch slices.
15. Return slices to the oven and toast on each side for 10 minutes.
