Chocolate Crunch Cookies

 
Ingredients -
1 Package German Chocolate Cake Mix with Pudding, (18 ounces)
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1 Cup Crisp Rice Cereal
 
Preparation:

1. Combine the chocolate cake mix, egg, vanilla and butter.

2. Add the crisp rice cereal and stir until they are well.

3. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.

4. Dip a fork in flour and flatten the cookies in crisscross pattern.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
