1. In a bowl, cream the butter.
2. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
3. Add the defrosted apple juice and blend well.
4. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spices.
5. Add to the wet mixture.
6. Stir in the oats and raisins.
7. Mix well.
8. Drop by rounded tablespoons on an ungreased cookie sheet.
9. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the cookies are light golden brown on edges.
10. Cool one minute.
