1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
2. Cream the butter until it is soft.
3. Gradually add the brown sugar and blend until it is smooth.
4. Add the eggs, bran and orange rind and mix well.
5. Stir in the dry ingredients, blending thoroughly.
6. Divide the dough and shape into 2 rolls.
7. Wrap it in waxed paper and chill in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
8. Cut in very thin slices and place on greased cookie sheets.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
