Cookie Making Tips
Turning Cookie Sheets

With a regular oven the need to swap positions of cookie sheets during baking is common. It should be avoided if possible, but most ovens cook hotter in the back away from the door. Simply rotate the sheets after ¾ of the baking time has elapsed.
