1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a jelly roll pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch.
3. In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, oil and eggs until smooth.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in pan with spatula.
5. Bake 18 to 21 minutes.
6. Cool.
7. Heat the butter and honey in a 1 quart pan over medium heat stirring constantly until butter is melted and mixture is heated through.
8. Drizzle the cooled bars with the honey glaze.
